Strongly agree! It would also be a common/professional courtesy for the train that is getting rolled by to at least acknowledge the rollby. For instance, there has been times where I have personally rolled by a train over the radio and get no response from the other crew. Is it really that hard to get on the radio and simply say HIGHBALL THE ROLLBY back to me? Everything is being recorded and I feel something as simple as that helps us, just in case a manager happens to be listening at the time we are talking. Little things like this can help us with our fight against the carrier, but I feel it can also hurt us as well if we are not doing our jobs correctly and professionally.
